Sweeten condensed milk out of Powdered milk
“Eagle Brand” Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz. can
1/2 C. hot water
1 C. Powdered Milk
1 C. Sugar
1 T. Butter
Blend in blender very well. Can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen.
