Applesauce Pancakes

1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c natural applesauce (no sugar added)
1/2 c milk
2 Tb canola oil
1 c flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tb sugar
1 Tb baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients until moistened. Cook over medium heat. Sprinkle chopped nuts over batter before you turn pancake. Serve with warmed applesauce or syrup... enjoy!
